Day .1.Arrive in Kathmandu,
welcome at the airport and transfer at Hotel. Hotel included

from Kathmandu to Besishar (950m) by local bus.
Day.4. Departure from Bensisahar
to Nagdi. 930m, 6h
Day.5.
Departure
from Nagdi to Jagat 1300m - 6h
Day.6.
Departure
from Jagat to Dharapani .1943m. 6h.
Day.7
Departure
from Dharapani to Chame. 2713m . 6h1/2

from Chame to Pisang. 3292m . 5h

acclimatization.

to Thorong Phedi 4910m, 6h30.
Day.15. Departure from Thorong
Phedi to Muktinath 3798m, 8h, while passing by the collar of
Thorong The to 5415m. This stage is particular violent wind bus
