Trekking (DOLPO-Dho-N)
Trek
demanding experience and excellent physical condition, crossing
of 2 passes at more than 5000m. Itinerary studied with a view
for having a good acclimatization to altitude. Certain paths
are not easy but present no noteworthy technical difficuties.
From 4 to 7 hours of walk per day in accordance with the altitude.
This is one of the great treks of Nepal. This region, ancient
Tibetan kingdom, was forbidden until 1990 to tourism, was opened
since, only for limited trekkers in group. |

Trekking itinerary |

Day .1. Arrival in kathmandu, welcome at airport
& transfer to hotel. Hotel included.
Day 2 Kathmandu free day. Hotel included.
Day 3. Departure from Kathmandu
to Nepaljung by plane 45m. Night in guest house.
Day 4. Departure from Nepaljung
to Juphal 2550m and trek to Dunai 2150m, 3h.
Day 5. Departure from Dunai
to Tharakot, 5h.
Day 6. Departure from Tharakot
to Lahini 3200m, 5h.
Day 7. Departure from Lahini
to Naure Odar 3100m, 6h.
Day 8. Departure from Naure
to Dho Tharap 4000m, 6h.
Day 9. Dho Tharap rest day
for acclimatation.
Day 10. Departure from Dho
Tharap to Num La 4100m, 6h.
Day 11. Departure from Num
La to Baga La 5090m via Num La pass 5200m, 7h.
Day 12. Departure from Baga
la to Ringmo via Baga La pass 5090m.
Day 13. Ringmo rest day and
visit Phoksundo Lake.
Day 14. Departure from Ringmo
to Chepka, 5h.
Day 15. Departure from Chepka
to Dunai, 5h.
Day 16. Departure from Dunai
to Juphal and back to Nepaljung by plane. Night in Guest House.
Day 17. Departure from Nepaljung
to Kathmandu by plane. Hotel included.
Day 18. Free day in Kathmandu
(The flight could be delay from Dunai/Juphal due to bad weather)
Hotel included.
Day 19. Free day in Kathmandu
(The flight could be delay from Dunai/Juphal due to bad weather)
Hotel included.
Day 20 Transfer to the airport
3 hours before your plane leaving. |

could be cancel due to climatic conditions. Agency will be responsible
for the plane delay (suggeste to have security days in Kathmandu) |
