Day 1. Arrival in Kathmandu,

bus, 9h.
Day 4. Departure from Shyabru
to Gatlang 2436m via Bhujung,

Day 5. Departure from Gatlang
to Tatopani 2575m, 6h
Day 6. Departure from Tatopani
to Nakathali 3165m, 4h.
Day 7. Departure from Nakathali
to Timure 1762m via Thuman et Dalphedi, 7h.
Day 8. Departure from Timure
to Khanjim 2235m, 4h
Day 9. Departure from Khanjim
to Shyabru 3h.
Day 10. Departure from Shyabru
to Kathmandu by local bus.
